Our preparation process includes gathering, sharing, and assessing information. This enables Aspire and Thrive to identify the needs of children and young people, understand the purpose of the referral, and the aspiration for the experience or opportunities our contribution would offer. The process would result in developing an individualised learning plan, sessional planning with smart, targeted goals, and review dates for all relevant plans.
