Our ASDAN Personal Development Programmes—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—provide innovative methods for developing, documenting, and certifying children and young people's personal qualities, abilities, and achievements. These programs also introduce participants to new activities and challenges. Designed with specialised therapeutic approaches, this provision supports students in overcoming barriers to their learning.

As part of our induction process, we empower children and young people to select a range of short courses that align with their interests, allowing them to choose their focus areas. This approach fosters engagement and ensures their voices are heard from the outset.

Our therapeutic programme is tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person. We recognize that some children and young peoplestill need to prepare for the complexity of formal qualifications, where learning and attainment might be aspirations we move towards; we will offer engagement-only sessions to best meet needs and enable personal effectiveness. Our team comprises highly trained and skilled professionals dedicated to adapting weekly sessions to ensure that each student's needs remain a priority. Additionally, all our programsincorporate core curriculum elements to enhance learners' English and Mathematics skills.
